Welcome to KEOPSY. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of keopsy.com (the "Site") and the products and services we provide. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our tools (including the AI Design Studio), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
KEOPSY is a brand operated by ALEMAXEL LLC, doing business as ("d/b/a") KEOPSY. In these Terms, "KEOPSY", "we", "us", and "our" refer to ALEMAXEL LLC. You can reach us through our Contact page or by phone at +1-321-440-8062.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Custom, made-to-order products
Nearly all KEOPSY products are custom-manufactured to your specifications and artwork after you order. Because each item is produced uniquely for you, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun, and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange except as described in Section 9.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and may cancel an order and issue a refund if we cannot fulfill it, if pricing or product information was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you order. You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order total.
6. Your artwork and content
You are solely responsible for the files, images, text, and designs you submit or create ("Your Content"), including their accuracy, spelling, layout, and color. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.
You grant ALEMAXEL LLC a limited license to store, reproduce, and print Your Content solely to fulfill your order. We do not review Your Content for accuracy and print files as submitted. We may refuse to print content we believe is illegal, infringing, or objectionable, and you agree to indemnify ALEMAXEL LLC against claims arising from Your Content.
7. AI Design Studio
Our AI Design Studio is provided free of charge to help you create artwork. Generated results are provided "as is," may vary, and are not guaranteed to be unique or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated design before ordering, and Section 6 applies to designs you create with the tool. We may limit, suspend, or modify the tool at any time.
8. Proofs, color, and production
We print the file you submit or approve. Colors may vary between screens and printed output and between production runs; slight variations in color, trim, and finishing are normal and are not defects. Production times and shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
9. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and reprints
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter production. Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering errors. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint or refund the affected item once the claim is approved. Please also review our published refund and shipping policies.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (excluding Your Content), including logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by ALEMAXEL LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
11. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site or our tools to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to interfere with the Site's operation or security; or to violate any applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
The Site, products, and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALEMAXEL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALEMAXEL LLC and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
