We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

How long does printing take?
Most products are produced in about 2–4 business days after your artwork is approved, plus shipping time. Turnaround varies by product, quantity, and options.
What file format and resolution do you need?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and TIFF at 300 DPI, final size, in CMYK. Our free Design Studio sets all of this up for you automatically.
How much bleed do I need?
Bleed is extra artwork past the cut line so there are no white edges. If you design in our Studio, the correct bleed and safe zone for this product are applied for you.
I don't have a design — can you make one?
Yes! Use our free AI Design Studio to create print-ready artwork sized to this exact product, add text and images, and attach it to your order at no extra cost.
How much is shipping and when will it ship?
Standard shipping is $5.99 for the first item + $1.99 per additional item in the US ($6.99 + $1.99 internationally). You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us a photo within 10 days and, once approved, we'll reprint or refund it free of charge.
